this is `meredith's character maeve... the skirt-fading-into-border thingie was inspired by one of meredith's own works ^^ she's awesome.
done with tria markers, van gogh colored pencils, gouache and acrylic (for the blues in the bg mostly) and a lovely little black pen for the lineart. tweaked the colors a little in photoshop, mostly because the scan looked bad and picked up a lot of texture which actually isn't visible in normal light. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
