random oekaki doodle! sorry i haven't been updating lately, schoolwork has been piling up in a most unnatural fashion. it demands that i dedicate every free minute between now and dec. 23rd to various irritatingly useless assignments. as per usual with me, though, i only really get inspired to draw when i'm under pressure to do other things. so here is the first oekaki doodle i've actually enjoyed doing since the summer, probably. it's the first one with some spirit, anyways. yay for citrusses and freshness.

done in paintbbs (oekaki) with a tablet. dunno what oekaki is? refer to my good friend, wikipedia.

How old were you when you did your oekaki work? I'm having trouble getting shi-painter. Does Shi-Painter have layers, like in Photoshop?

I don't know why, but the pose looks very natural and the entire character looks really cute.

God I love this SO much, and I know it's super old but I'd love to see a remake of this with these same cute colours and everything! This is just love, as old as it may be ;_;

I love the thin lines that look like just a regular stroke with a pixel pen tool.
