Wonderful illustration! (: You really have an eye for design. I absolutely adore the dress on this character. I'm really impressed with how you were able to deck her out in so many colors, yet have them seamlessly blend together. They don't clash, and I can imagine that it might have been a tad difficult selecting the color choices. Overall, a lovely artwork!
