a drawing to thank all of you for 5 million pageviews! i'm taking it as a symbol of your support and interest in my work :] thank you guys soooo much!

i wanted to draw a picture inspired by my first ever submission to dA to celebrate, but i actually cannot for the life of me remember what that was (i've cleaned out my gallery so many times). so instead i decided to make something inspired by this illustration: [link] it was my first DTF. back in the day i think it meant 'daily top favorite' and if your picture got a lot of favs, it appeared on the front page for a few hours! it was very exciting for me, i remember being ecstatic as the number of favorites climbed to 100. that was a lot at the time for a DTF! i guess that was my first 'big moment' here on dA, and the first time i ever had so many people excited about my artwork :]

so anyway, thanks everyone for your tremendous support! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
